It totally was delightful. There's no point feigning modesty. That was one fricking delicious cake, as evidenced by the fact we polished it off in three days. The hazelnuts went remarkably well with the other flavors.
And, thanks again. I think that's about as tiny as I can get without reducing it to single lines - which I did as well, and it neither looked that great nor photographed well. I think I can be satisfied with this, as it's close in scale to the trefoil knot piece from before.

Yeah, I doubt you can keep the accuracy/cleanliness of the lines if you go much further down in scale...

As I mentioned elsewhere, you start to hit a point where the width of your lines is greater than the visible margin of error. Drawing the triangles as pencil-thick lines means any tiny little jostle of the stylus ruins it.

It's geometriffic! Even when my art isn't discrete/pixelated, it's still mathematical.
