Missing feature...

One thing I do rather wish they'd implement on Hulu - a feature to tell you when a show's first episode is available, and/or the season openers in general. There are several shows they have in rotation that I'm interested in seeing, but from the beginning. They're rotating what seasons are available, or they only have 5 eps at a time, etc, and I ( Read more... )

I know, I know. But I like to show my interest in legal alternatives when they present themselves. I'd like more companies to realize that they're competing with free, they can't shut down free, and they need to adjust.

Using Bittorrent to help the process along is just cheating.

This is my preference, too. I'd rather use the legal alternatives as much as humanly possible.

Yeah. I don't have enough money to vote with my cash yet, but if people can find fun and unintrusive ways to monetize my attention to offer what I want (as opposed to all the loud interstitial adds and autoplay flash insanity, etc, etc), I want to support them as best I can. Particularly since Hulu's ads are vetted and relatively trustworthy, etc, I want to make it as profitable as I can.

Wouldn't be such a problem if my queue weren't already way too big. It's easy for things to get lost until they're expiring.
