I know that he was my one of my father's favorite artists, and I also like his artwork...

But, there's something about seeing his paintings up close and personal that really move me.

sweet, the Art Institute is free for the month of Feb, and right NOW, the exhibit is only $10 per person, next month it'll be $20.

I took photos of this and the Homer exhibit before getting scolded by the Nazis they have for security down there... of course I probably shouldn't complain seeing as how I work there so it's always free.

it was like magic seeing these up close and personal, though. They put the exhibit together quite nicely I thought.

nice! I always prefer to see paintings up close and personal, that's cool that you work there.
