Hey mate,

I'm not at home now. I just packed my stuff got up and left. I'm roaming around the world now. Someone suggested I actually do something before... summer ends. I won't tell you where I am exactly now because I won't stay long here, and I know Father will think to ask you. I don't want to get you into trouble too. If you need to find me, ( Read more... )

Amycus,

Excuse me? Why are you gone? What brought on this irrational decision? Have you cracked?! Why can't I reach you? You should come here, I do not like not knowing where you are, you prat!

I've heard of that meeting, though I'm not sure that I'm going to go. But I would very much like to know where you are and please do not frighten me like this anymore.

Love from Regulus.

Reg,

You sound like my mother. For goodness sake, I know how to take care of myself. I'm not being irrational. I just had to come out. I couldn't stay in the same house as my Father for any longer. Or something drastic would happen.

I sort of fought with him, for a bit, about the meeting. I didn't want to go.

Sorry.

Love,
Amycus.

I don't know. You tell me. Apparently, you started the trend.

But I have the perfect excuse. I've got a hot French girlfriend. What's your excuse?

How about a crazy old man who just might kill you if you stay any longer in the house?

I have good reason to be in Paris, thank you.

Reasons or not, it remains a fact that nearly half the school has fled to France.

Yes, but I'm excused from the 'buggered off to France' list because I LIVE HERE. And also, what I don't get is why? Most French people are on holiday themselves in August. Some places are like ghost towns this time of year. Bar Paris.

Good point. Maybe people have started flocking to Paris because their subconscious actively seeks out that oh-so-charming Professor, seeing as of course, he lives in France.

Good for you. Really. I'd love to have the chance to travel to different countries. All of them. But I guess I'll settle for seeing you in Paris, maybe?

Don't tell him it's a good thing, running off like that.

Amycus, a warning...if I run into you in Paris, I am taking you home. Sorry. But I am.

Why not? I ran off. And it was the best decision I ever made. Sure it hurts sometimes, but if I hadn't done it, I'd be living like a Muggle with a bunch of fake friends. Hell, I might even be getting engaged right now.

But..you can't tell him that's a good idea. How do you know it's going to work the same for him? He's underage and is going to be in Paris on his own. I don't need to tell you that's not safe.
