From my experience, Saturday is the worst day to fly to Germany. You land early Sunday morning, and EVERYTHING in Germany is closed on Sunday and there's nothing to do. So you end up alone with a bunch of Spanish-speaking people around you and your luggage doesn't come until 6:00 that night, and you go to bed at 7:30 because you're exhausted from worrying about how you're going to be able to function in a foreign land all alone without any luggage and no internet and non-German foreign people all around you. But again, that's from my experience. Hopefully your trip will only mirror mine through the 2nd sentence.
Wiebke is actually picking me up and we are going to drop my stuff off at the hotel and then hang out all day. I'm sure we will manage to do something great, even if it is a Sunday.
I'm carrying on at least enough clothes for the next day in case my luggage is delayed.
AND there is wireless in my hotel.
Maybe Germany will redeem itself for me since your trip was so bad.
