in needing help, its means you've gotten yourself to a place that you can't get out of on your own. this day will come

however, friends are there ahead of time to try and stop you from getting to this point, the point of needing help because you did harmful thngs to your self, and on your own.

let friends be friends and offer there services before you really need help.
