Okay, so I guess I didn't steal this from Crystal since she tagged me and all for this, and I still don't understand what that means, but whatev, haha.

1. How has LJ changed your life?
You know, I never really thought this changed my life at all...but the other day I was looking through some old posts (since I started this in...2004?) and it's amazing to see how much I've changed throughout the past 4 years. I actually think that if I didn't have this to vent in, I might not have gotten through a few rough patches because I had nowhere else to express some of those feelings. Also, my writing has definately improved over the past 4 years and I think I have LJ to thank for that!
2. What do you do before bedtime?
Either watch some tv or read or listen to music. I'm actually very boring, haha.
3. What are three questions that you ask the most?
Huh? What? Seriously?
4. Are you happy with your career? And if you don't have one or are not happy, what is your dream job?
It's okay. I definately don't want to work in an archive, especially this one, for my entire life though. The only thing with this one is that I have nowhere to move up in this archive since it is so small and the head archivist is still in her 30s. So...she's not going anywhere anytime soon. As for my dream job...I have three options right now. I either want to write reviews of cds, be a music supervisor (which is actually very probably now since M. Night Shyamalan said the other week that he expects Philadelphia to be second to LA, as far as film-making goes, in about 10 years), or I'd love to open a club for good bands to play at in Harrisburg, since we really don't have any place for bands like Rooney, Modest Mouse, Locksley, The Bridges, Coconut Records, etc. to play at in this area.
5. Are you an introvert or extrovert?
Definately an introvert.
6. Do you believe in fate/destiny? Soul mates?
I don't know about fate or destiny...I guess there can be times when you're at a certain place or doing something and all of a sudden everything just clicks, and you understand at that moment that this is what you were "destined" to do. I guess that can happen. As for soulmates...I don't believe that, if they exist, they'll be your one true love whom you'll be with forever and ever. I agree with Crystal. I think we might have a few and that they'll most likely be friends, not lovers.
7. Do you trust easily?
Yeah.
8. The last song you listened to?
Well, right now "You're Quiet" by Brendan Benson is playing, but right before that it was "Read My Mind" by The Killers.
9. What never fails to make you smile?
A stupid youtube video...like the perfect dating one I saw today.
10. The last time you dressed fancy, what did you wear and why did you dress fancy?
Ugh, I don't dress fancy! That's why I'll never go anywhere in life! haha. Actually, I work black dress pants and a button down shirt (I can't remember if I wore the pink or blue one) and ballet flats to an interview.

No. I don't get it, haha.
12. Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Five years? Well, I'll be nearing 29 (yikes!) and I hope that I'll be married with at least one child and I have no idea where I'll be...maybe here...maybe Philadelphia...maybe Brooklyn...who knows?
13. Does it annoy you when you keep seeing the same questions in surveys?
Sometimes.
14. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?
She's the awesomest person ever! I've said it before, but she's the Kumar to my Harold! And I couldn't have asked for a better game night partner on Team Legen-wait for it and I hope you're not lactose-intolerant because the rest of that is-DARY! :)
15. Would you rather be intelligent but have the weight of the world on your shoulders or ignorant and happy?
Hm...Although it would be nice to be carefree, I think I'd prefer the first. I don't know what I'd do with myself if I never knew what was going on.

3 or 4. Although the fortune tellers always tell me it'll be 2.
17. What's a 'serious' situation that you look back on now and just can't help but laugh or be gob smacked by it?
Probably when I thought I was pregnant. Because instead of actually doing something about it, like take a pregnancy test, I didn't take one for about 2 months because I though my parents would find the box or something, so I panicked for several weeks...and I kinda laugh about it now. Mostly because of how stupid I was. BTW, what's "gob smacked"?? Answers please, haha.
18. If you fall in love with two people simultaneously, who would you pick?
Oh man! Why can't I have three?? Cause I'd totally pick Robert Schwartzman, Jim Sturgess, and John Mayer...actually, we can cut out Robert, so there's my two, haha.
19. What's your worst habit?
Procrastination. Crystal, you think you're a procrastinator? You ain't seen nothing yet, haha.
20. If you could be any age, what age would you wish to be?
I have to agree with Crystal...21 was a good year. Except I got fat. So maybe I'd go back to 21, but be a little smarter about things I did, haha.
