Do you scream a silent scream of terror at the sight of a pickle?  I hope not. Pickles are tasty.

I have, I think, sufficiently described my own irrational fear- Selachophobia. Sharks are horrible, beady eyed monsters, and there is not a damned thing you can say to convince me otherwise.  They will EAT YOU if you let them.

I remember these Maury episodes back in the day. There was one woman who was afraid of cotton balls. Oh, what joy people's irrational phobias brought me!

They were WAY better than all those darn paternity tests. Thank you, abstinence-only education, for so many episodes of yelling and crying and flinging insults at hoochies.
