so you dont think a guy running for mayor of a city of 10 million people that does what Weiner has done is newsworthy? You think we are so simple that we cant be exposed to multiple stories? Maybe we should focus on Obama's 19th pivot to jobs or a 66 minute speech that could have been given 4 years ago.

Me personally I only regret that I cant vote in NYC because that city deserves Weiner.

"so you dont think a guy running for mayor of a city of 10 million people that does what Weiner has done is newsworthy?"

No, I don't think what he has done (recently) is particularly newsworthy. For one, it's a known issue with him. Also, if we are going to focus on the mayoral race in NYC, I think that his actual plans for what he would do as mayor would be far more relevant than whether or not he cheats on his wife.

"You think we are so simple that we cant be exposed to multiple stories?"

No, but there really is only so much time in the day. Yes, the fact that he's been sexting or whatever is a titillating side-note, but come on.

so how a guy keeps his commitments is not as important as what he commits to do? I am pretty sure you dont believe this. If I was a known welcher would you spot me $100 for a stake? Of course not, but if I walk up to you in vegas and say I left my wallet in the room, could you loan me $100 for a few hours I know you would give it to me. Same with Weiner..who cares what he says his plans are..the guy is a known liar.
