it's crazy to imagine. no, crazy is not the word. all of those children singing at the end of hotel rwanda brought me to another level. another level of understanding... misunderstanding. terror, shamefulness, disbelief... everything we should feel after understanding the situation. i have no more words for this movie, for this horrific

more horrific than the massacre is what little we did about it. we knew the whole time and did nothing. when the reporter brings back that tape from the field and shows it in the movie ... that's real footage from a few years ago.

more apalling than any of that is that we did nothing but said 'never again'. and it's happening now in sudan and we are again turning our backs. disgusting.
