So. I lost my job at Kids Klub yesterday. Lovely.

I had a meeting with the director and my manager, and they both said that they felt like I’m not able to handle the kids in certain situations, mainly when unexpected things come up. My manager said that she isn’t confident that I could handle the kids in an emergency situation, if she was not

hey mary. have you considered not finding another job? i know you can keep yourself busy at home and out and about and also that you love your other job you do have. just a thought- youd be way less stressed out and the job you already have would benefit majorly from you not being spread as thin. just a thought- keep in mind that just because you dont have kids it doesnt mean that you need to work full-time. that is a cultural thing and it may not be whats best for you
