i have officially been laid off. now, he won't "leave me hanging" and i'm allowed to stay until i find something else. but really, if i'm so much like the family you say i am...why would you do this to me

Did they just tell you this this morning? I thought you MIGHT get laid off. So now, its a definite? That sucks. But... Look on the bright side. You can prob find something making more money. I mean... no raise in 3 years?? Come on! You can do better. Keep your head high!
