Yeah, maybe more than one second. Cece squeezes her eyes shut as tightly as she can and brings her hands up to her face, too, and then Winston is moving next to her, turning and propping himself up on one arm. He's not wearing a shirt and neither is she. Fuck.
She can think of nothing better to say than, "Good morning," even if it's mumbled and barely even audible.
She's not even hungover, so that's not even an excuse.
He doesn't say anything for a moment too long, so she opens her eyes to see what he's doing, and he looks exactly as confused as she feels.
