So it appears I hurt my hip worse than orignally anticipated. Every time I go for a walk, I come back waddling like a penguin

this game sounds incredible. does it have things like "you drank some water from London's contaminated water pump, and now you've got cholera! roll the dice to see if john snow can save you!"? because that would be great.
