This Still Exists

Our Headmistress was could be worse. Most of the students seem to appreciate Ms. Matthews being around, at least. Especially a certain pair who wanted to lose their skirts.

Before I arrive at the serious matters, I am cheating on neither Tsukino-san nor Dr. Tam with my best male school friend nor his little sister. Aino-san. Everyone. Stop ( Read more... )

But Mamo-chan~! And here I thought you were populair with both the girls and the guys~ You've really crushed my dreams, you know.

...Though I hope that the girl isn't still angry with me. I am serious when I say she's kind of nice... as long as she doesn't throw your guitar case at me.

Ms. Matthews was indeed kind enough to let me walk around in the trousers instead of a skirt, though that's not the only reason I like her. My experience with headmistresses is that they're old hags. It's refreshing to have someone young in charge of something like school.

...And don't think you can trap me into playing Romeo. I'll stick to my Mercutio. Does this mean I get to die on stage more than once?

Popular and infamous, no doubt. That doesn't mean I'm with or cheating on anyone, you know. Especially not men or fourteen-year-old girls.

Really, with all the things to throw at you, she picked my Gibson. Unazuki is normally very sweet, though. Are you sure you didn't do anything without thinking about it?

The Headmistress is certainly different than most. We haven't talked much, but that's probably a good thing.

You'd get to die just many times on stage either way. I don't see why you wouldn't want to be Romeo, anyway. I thought you enjoyed romancing all of the other girls. At least, you enjoy trying.

I'm not a man, even though I might dress like one, and I'm not a fourteen-year-old girl...

Well, let's see... No? I just... talked. She started throwing things at me even before I realized it wasn't you.

Yes, I know, but it's the way you die on stage. Romeo is this coward who takes poison and dies. That's no fun. I want to die with a sword through my body. ...Not in real life, of course. It has nothing to do with romance. Besides, I like flirting with girls. Romeo's too focused on Juliet to notice other girls.

That's not what I meant. You were hardly a fourteen-year-old girl when you were a fourteen-year-old girl. Never mind.

Um... I could audition for Romeo...

I don't have much expireince, but I learn lines fast.

((Elphie can sing-wait, there's no singing in this play, is there?- and can probably act though she hasn't done so before. Except, like, in the shower. Wait... never MIND!))

Really? You're the only one interested so far, so you may simply want to begin practicing with Ms. Tam on your own. I can see how you're doing after class at the end of the week. Unless someone else speaks up soon, it's probably yours.

(OOC: Elphie could always suggest singing. Might make things interesting. =p

...and it would be up to you and River whether or not you want me to set up another audition thread for the two of them, since it would mostly be you guys posting back and forth. Or we can just assume Elphie's acting is absolutely awesome. Not a whole lot to RP unless someone screws up or catfights. :x)

*sighs*

I have your book, Chiba-sensei. I didn't steal it...you forgot about it and simply walked off and left it behind. I thought to pick it up such that I could return it later. Hopefully that much at least is cleared up before I can be accused of anything else.

Let me know when your office hours are, and I'll gladly drop it off.

I had more important things on my mind than keeping books in order, obviously.

Why would anyone steal a high school textbook, anyway? Other than a prank, and I'd like to think you're at least one of the students that's above that. Even if you are nosy.

Obviously.

Not that I've even bothered to check, but it is the Teacher's Edition, Sensei. I can only assume that the answers to all of the homework questions are in there at the very least, if not notes and highlights of your own that would give a student all she would need to ace your Final Exam without the need to study.

It's not as if I teach mathematics, so recycled textbook answers are fairly obvious. They'd also have to be studying the notes to read them all, and I write each of the Drama exams on my own.

It might be a good idea to sound like you aren't attempting to convince me you've stolen my book for some reason. However, thank you for explaining the viewpoint of my less intelligent and insightful students. At times, they're not so easily understood by their instructors.
