I made a culinary discovery today. I made a turkey and provolone panini using my Foreman grill. Sure, to some it may have appeared to be a glorified grilled cheese sammich but to me it was a culinary breakthrough. Warm and toasty with little grill marks on top, it loved me and I loved it back.
