It has been a few years since I've gotten to spend Easter with my family. Last week I started thinking about how nice it would be to be back home eating food that I did not have to cook. Finding a decent flight was not easy since they are all so expensive. Luckily I found a way around this by taking a red eye the night before Good Friday. That day
