The deadness of this community is very uncool. But I joined about a week ago and haven't posted anything until now so I guess I can't talk. Who's everyone's favorite member of L7?

yeah I've noticed that no one really posts on here as well, I don't have a fave member of L7, all of them are great. I had the chance to see The Shocker with Jennifer Finch play, they were good, I'm not sure if they disbanded or not though because I heard their guitarist left, the crowd kept shouting for them to play some L7 songs and she seemed rather annoyed by it. But i'm glad you joined and posted.

I saw the shocker too - I hope they haven't split. They played Everglade as an encore too + a buzzcocks cover (i'm from manchester) and I think a cover of Identity by X Ray Spex xxx

I don't have a favorite member but Jen Finch was probably my favorite bass player. How many did they go thru anyway?

I prefer Donita's vocals over Suzi's, but that's not to say that i think Suzi sucks, 'cuz she doesn't. It's just a matter of preferance. But on the whole, i don't think you could really pick one member over the other, 'cuz they all just work[ed] so well together. What i can't understand is why in hell they couldn't find a stable, permanent bassist!

I (we) need more goddamn news on Donita's solo album!! If i don't hear any more info about it soon, i just might kill someone!

The Shocker are ok, i personally don't think their music is that great. It's exciting that Jennifer's in it, but i feel that their music doesn't really have edge and their little slogan thing is cheap: "Hey, it's that chick from L7!". Way to milk it, Jenn!
