-go to the user info page of the community
-press link at top where it says join community and add them to your friends list
-go back to user info page of the community and press the little pencil icon next to the other 4 and then just type...

Go to Update Journal (make sure you go to the one that has all the options though). Beneath the text box where you type your entry, there should be a pull-down menu that allows you to choose which journal/community you can post in.
