Slumped over my chup chye peng lunch with Asian Food Channel playing on tv - jamie o was cooking against the backdrop of the amazing night scene of the Greek city, talking about herbs n meats- for a few seconds, i saw the world in technique colours again just like I used to. Senses heightened so much I could smell e meat that was over e open flame
