Ok so I woke up yesterday and was completely EXHAUSTED, having had bad dreams mixed with waking up a hundred times and sweating etc. Not cool. Then today I was tired and sweaty again. You need to do something to relax before bed, something to wind down....try yoga, stretching, reading....something that is relaxing both for your mind and body. If that doesn't work, try chamomile tea, or that natural sedative called "sleep well" from Jameson.

Or you know.. it could be the weather. I normally don't sleep well when it's windy/stormy like it was last night. I couldn't fall asleep last night too after waking up, and that's considering that breastfeeding normally knocks me out because of the oxytocin production.
