That was YOU!!! I read Amanda's away message and just assumed it must've been Mark. Definitely could've seen him doing that! Clearly I shouldn't have given you the benefit of the doubt.

oh blech. burnt rubber smells terrible. so does burnt plastic, so don't put that in the oven either.

uh, ::raises hand:: sort of knew you couldn't put rubber in the oven, but dude, it's cool, i didn't understand the principles of canned beans until this year, so, we're all learning (in and out of the class room). I hope you find the fact that i don't know about canned beans as sillly as i find not knowing about rubber in an OVEN as I do because that way, we'd both be at the same level with kitchen safety... you with fatal fumes, and me with starving to death ....
