Ok, I have a library card, and all of Ottawa to pick from, so guys anyone have good recommendations? I'm incredibly bored, and I would like something to read. Preferably something that isn't part of a series, but all in all I'm not picky.

In return I will say House of Leaves is a good book, and people should go and read it.

I know you said you'd prefer not to read a series, but The Hunger Games is definitely a must read. I can't recommend it enough.

I also think that anything from Christopher Moore is always a good read. His stuff is hilarious.

I've been re-reading Not Wanted on the Voyage by Timothy Findley too. It's a pretty interesting book and it also contains a fabulous cross dressing Lucifer!

I'll have to check out House of Leaves. It sounds pretty interesting!
