Seriously, it's that complicated? Or she just didn't get it?

Not really sure which to hope for here...complicated car or incompetent parking people... :/

I don't think it is, but she's never seen the setup before and trying to explain it to her without her looking at it was complicated. It also didn't help that she wasn't bothering to listen when I told her WHY which buttons had to be pushed and in what order.

I should rephrase that. She really was trying, and was very friendly and helpful. I think she just isn't familiar with it.
