...in a hospital is sometimes awesome, and sometimes pretty lame. We have a bank, a post office, three coffee shops, three cafeterias, two pharmacies and a convenience store. However, there's a big emphasis on healthy, and my saltines today are only ines. Pah.

You don't happen to know the facilities managers over there by any chance do you? Or if perhaps they're looking for a recent college grad with an architecture degree, construction management minor and healthcare design quasi-specialization who has work experience in facilities management (at Harris)?!
