I've always told myself that if I don't get worse it's ok.

I'm now 25 more than I was 3 years ago.

Time to step it up.

...anyone want to join me? \:

I want to do cardio/workout at least 1 hr/day. Schedule and injuries are making that pretty hard though. Also working on trying to eat better. Any other ideas?

That's about where I am q:

I just joined Planet Fitness, it's in Southtown Plaza (there's also one on Dewey Ave that my friend goes to). It seems really cool, and they don't cater to the body-builder types, they market it as judgment-free, intimidation-free, etc. It's $10/mo and they have extra classes to get you started, starting with a "build your own routine" class. For the higher membership ($20/mo) they have tanning and massage chairs, also guest privileges. They're 24/7 except weekends, which I like since it means I can go after work on wed/thurs.
