Are you the woman who works at Owosso's Hollywood? If so, I must say that you are one of the nicest people to come along in YEARS - I grew up in the area and remember a much bitchier tone, and then one day seeing you, all cheerful.... it wasn't long before the entire mood of the staff seemed to change.
