Had a great holiday weekend at home (lots of food and crazy cousins), and then watched the Emmys with my roomates (which solidified my never-ending love for NPH and irrational hatred of Alec Baldwin). But I need help, because I also watched Bones.
I mean, I didn't hate it. But everything seemed so contrived to me -- from all the psychic stuff to the clown thing (I mean, when was the last time you were walking down the street and a CLOWN shows up? COME ON. We're still pretending this is real, right?). And like, my number one peeve about the show is when they make Brennan socially inept for comedic and/or character growth reasons, because like, she UNDERSTOOD human interaction in mid/late season 2. And there was a LOT of that. And I just... didn't like it.
Am I being too harsh? Do I need to watch again? This is very unlike me, too, because I always hate people who complain about their shows (it's just entertainment, people, so stop sitting on your computers bitching about things.... just TURN IT OFF) but basically I'm doing just that. Please help me.
