how agencies sell it
I've been doing an exhaustive amount of agency research lately, focusing on Austin and Dallas. Redbooks lists 61 agencies in Austin and 126 in Dallas. From previous research, I pulled about 30 real agencies from the Austin one (a lot were promotional printing places or ad sales, PR, etc) and I am now slowly working my way through the list of Dallas

what exactly does that mean? isn't there always emotions? how can you motivate or inspire an emotion? They make fun of you till you cry?
