why is it the most stounch christians.. the people who advicate are always the first people to shut others out for there beleifs and ways of life? why are they always the first to point figures what what others do wrong? shouldn't it be the other way around... i mean jesus befriended the worst of the worst... so wouldn't that tell us to befriend

--> From my experience, the most staunch Christians tend to be hypocrites... then again, there does come a point where people do reject Christianity to the point that it is best to sever ties and not risk falling yourself by being too heavily tied into their way of life... but that requires initial open-ness...

--> Unfortunately, we are not God... we can be quite selfish at times...
