i still feel traumatized and shocked from an experience that was awfully life-changing that happened 2 nights ago on wednesday night. i'm okay now, or so i hope, after dealing with the fucked up , ass backwards  so called "legal system" which in my situation involved being harassed by the chochiest macho alpha-male cops pigs i've ever encountered.

no i didnt have any cell mates, thankfully. they probably wouldve been annoyed by my nonstop crying. i wish i had a harmonica or a book or paper and a pen.

that is absolutely horrible and i'm really sorry you had to endure that.I really think that most police officers, particularly traffic enforcement are the biggest doush bags and are power tripping. did matt smyth ever tell you about the time they pulled him over with alej and i in the car. they were convinced that i was high (i don't even smoke!) and made us sit in the car while they turned his car upside down "looking" for some kind of illegal substance to prove we were under the influence. They spent about 15 minutes looking, before they came to the car with a roach and said they found it in the ashtray. Matt insists it wasn't his, they were just fucking with us, after they felt me and alej up and shit. anyways, they then said "you know what? i don't even feel like writing you a ticket! go ahead. you got off easy." !!! this is all to say- and this is obvious- cops are sadistic assholes. i'm really sorry that you got detained and had to sit in that hell hole for seven hours. hopefully, it won't happen to you again, cuz that is total

yeah i remember you and matt telling me about that. that's sketchy that they brought over the roach as some kind of 'evidence,' and tried accusing him of having it.

i'm not going to argue in my defense based off of my experience but i will say, i remember everything very clearly (even specific conversations and things that they said to me,) and i blew higher because i had taken a swig of a beer 5 minutes before hand so my blood alcohol content was higher despite the fact that i hadn't had a single beer for at least 45 minutes before i was stopped.i dont believe that not using a blinker after 5 seconds of driving is a sign of drunk driving. i think the cops were just waiting to stop someone to fill their quota and saw me as a vulnerable target since i was alone.
that's a good point, at least i didn't hurt anyone, but i was not in the state where i would've. i've been drunk a few times in my life, know my body/tolerance levels, and know that i wasn't drunk or shitfaced that night.
i don't think things are as black and white as you're making them out to be.
anyway, i had a dream last night that you where in.

my expectations of detroit cops were way low, so i didn't even worry since i was driving less than 2 miles to get back home, and i thought they didn't have too much time on their hands ):
