Here I go again..crying like a baby at work, with my boss around….but I can’t help it….You got me trebling with lots of emotions here….I was so so so very happy when I saw your up date…then I was punched because of Ennis misery, then grateful and melted because Missy and Ennis words to each other, then sad for our boys, and then warm inside because of the hope, so now I feel like if my heart is gonna explode. I’m so very glad Jack called Ennis…though now I wonder if Ennis had called Jack if Jack had not called first…I wanna think he’d have done it after all what Missy said to him. I was not surprised when Ennis already knew that the call was from Jack even before picking the phone up. They know each other so well

Oh girl, what you did to me with the ending. You gave me wings again!! I wish I could read the next chapter now. I’d sure wanted that Jack had stayed in Kansas…but well, I know life has its pace…and I know it’s better this way, but I can’t wait for them hugging each other, kissing each other. I'd like to know what that day was for Jack, or at least to know some of his thoughts...because what he was feeling that day I think I know them well, since I've been on the same road as him so many times in my life.

My heart aches for Ennis and Jack. I hope they do make up quickly. I can't stand to see them apart.
Nice ending to the chapter. I'm glad they at least got to talk so they wouldn't go to sleep angry with each other.

I was so hoping that Jack would have turned around and made things right between them again. But, as Ennis said, things turned out pretty good.

Great job with this chapter. Missy didn't disappoint at all. I loved how she went off on Ennis. Giving him hell for not letting her spoil the girls, or him, all those years because of fear. And for owning up to her part in teaching Ennis to hide, although it was only small part, I think.

The phone conversation had me tearing up right along with the guys. They got to say the things that needed to be said to start healing.
