Kamcakes Scandinavian Pancakes, Kam-style
5 eggs
100 g melted butter
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
3-4 drops of vanilla essense
½ teaspoons of salt
10 tablespoon flour (or more)
2 dl milk
First you crack the eggs and whip them so it's nice and smooth. Then you add a little milk -- don't use it all at once and continue whipping. Add a bit flour and mix, then some milk and then some flour. Continue this. Don't use all the flour yet though. Add all the other ingredients the butter at last. Then you add the rest of the flour and mix until you get a nice liquid that should be a little thick. Put butter on the pan and let it melt before you take a ladle and put it into the pan and turn the pan so the whole bottom is covered. It should be very thin, but not too thin. Wait for a minute or two before you turn it. Be careful- it doesn't take a long time before it gets burnt.
Eat with butter and sugar, jam or forest berries. :>a
