look on the bright side. that's a good problem to have.

for those of us out there still looking to lose weight, did you do anything special to lose weight besides the nromal eating less and exercising more..

You're right, Geneva - good problem to have. I shouldn't complain but it's just frustrating to go from not looking good in my clothes because they were too tight, to not looking good in my clothes because they're falling off me. I'd just like to plain look good for once, you know?? ;-)

As far as how I lost the weight... I haven't done any exercising at all (I know, that sounds incredibly annoying). All I've done is cut out - or at least down on - my old vices: fast food and sweets. And the biggest thing is portion control. I used to eat until I just couldn't stuff any more in there, to the point that I'd feel ill... and now I eat what I feel is a sufficient amount, knowing that about 20 minutes after I stop eating I'll feel satisfied. I honestly think this has been the biggest contributor to the weight coming off.
