Threadhopping: Yes.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.

With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:Hugging this character: Yes. He'll probably be pretty awkward about it and pull away quickly.
Kissing this character: Yes. See above, but with more awkward flustering.
Flirting with this character: Yes. Again with the awkward, but he's good at controlling himself.
Fighting with this character: Yes. He'd prefer not to fight if he doesn't have to, but he won't hesitate to defend himself or others.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, but only with prior permission. Even then, I probably won't go further than broken bones, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
Killing this character: Probably not, but ask away if the urge hits you.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Definitely, just warn me first.
Warnings: Yukio's a pretty calm guy. Prone to bouts of intense anger when he's pushed far enough, but he'll never get violent without proper justification.
