This is my first icon tutorial so bare with me.



Crop and paste your image into a 100x100 canvas.

Go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring
Reds: -100, -31, -45, -26
Cyans: -100, +100, -100, +100
Magentas: +100, 0, 0, 0
Whites: 0, 0, -100, 0
Neutrals: 0, 0, +35, +24

Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring
Whites: 0, 0, -100, 0

Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance
Highlights: -10, +22, +42

And you're done! :) Simple enough?
