I have not done one of these EVER for him so it was time because Itsuki just kind of creeps on everyone. It'll be stickied once I'm done, but I figured I'd let it come up on the friendslist so people can remind me who I've forgot.

They met during the family virus that placed them as brothers, and that's basically set the tone for their relationship since. Itsuki is the irritating younger brother who makes extended Pokemon metaphors, and Shiro is the older one who threatens to beat him for it and eats all his food. They're good friends, though, even if Shiro's girlfriend is a complete nutcase. Also, last Christmas Shiro got him drunk and they sang Bad Romance. Never party with Shiro.

One of the first people Itsuki latched onto as OH LOOK, SOMEONE INTERESTING. Tieria had him generally intrigued for quite a while-- he knew something was up, but couldn't figure out what, and Tieria wasn't spilling. Then they got in a gigantic fight over the fact that they're both kind of assholes, and then Tieria... went and died. Oops. BUT TURNS OUT HE REALLY DIDN'T and they had an awkward patching-up session that was basically 'yeah dude my bad' and life went on. Itsuki considers him someone that's very trustworthy; maybe he's not someone he would confide emotional issues in because Tieria is not quite that sort of person, but pretty much everything else is fair game. (Also Itsuki is spectacularly bad at knowing when Tieria is cranky enough that he shouldn't push his luck with the trolling.)

Itsuki just plain really likes the Doctor; he's smart, good-natured, and leads an incredibly fascinating life. He's also generally willing to lend a hand whenever Itsuki pisses people off and needs a place to hide, and Itsuki could gladly wander the TARDIS for years. He's aware that there's something rather darker underneath, even though he had to have it pointed out by Donna, but doesn't really like the idea of trying to find it-- the few glimpses he's had are enough. Recently, while traveling with him, he learned the whole "he will knock four times" prediction, and is starting to get a bit of psychic bleed-through himself; needless to say, he's watching the situation very, very carefully.

Apparently Minato's female self, opening up a whole new world of "Well, that's odd." Itsuki talked to her at first because she seemed cheerful, and realized pretty quickly that there were some glaring similarities present, but she was so different from Minato, at least on the surface, that he kept talking to her out of fascination rather than ignoring her. And then with one thing and another he kind of got an awkward teenage boy crush on her, and started stalking all her posts because that's how he shows affection. Or something. He's starting to realize that it's not that she doesn't notice when he's being shifty, it's just that she's more polite than Minato ever was about it.

Protip: when you date someone for about two weeks and then they leave and come back with no memories, it gets really awkward. Itsuki was avoiding this Minato until recently, because that's healthy, and he basically started talking to him because he realized it was getting really obvious that he wasn't. But he'll probably keep on, because he realized that he didn't really get jealous when he saw Yukari had stayed over, so he figures things are probably going to be okay.

Itsuki knew Kaito for a while before figuring out the whole Kaitou Kid thing, and once he finally did, he danced with glee. That aside, he appreciates Kaito's presence in his life as someone who is generally optimistic and happy no matter what kind of weird crap he gets himself into. He's generally willing to go pretty far for him; he intervened with the Organization's mad connections last time Kaito got himself shot, then sat in the hospital playing New New Earth Monopoly with him. He helped out on a heist and thought it was pretty much the coolest thing ever. After the Shadow event, he revealed the Haruhi business to Kaito, somewhat as an act of good faith.

Naive, optimistic, and too straightforward for his own good, so is an excellent foil for whatever philosophic problem Itsuki is trying to work through this week. Itsuki respects how hard he seems to work, and while he doesn't think he's particularly clever, knows he's intelligent. And then they played chess and Phoenix ended up noticing his Magatama activating; Itsuki figured something was up, but couldn't get a handle on what it was, and Phoenix didn't really manage to figure anything out.
