Oh my LauraFey, this is a doozy. You need to start watching. Seriously. Buy a DVR for this show only. American Idol's for punks. You don't want to be a punk now do you?

You don't need a DVR to watch it; VH1 replays the episode enough times during the week. Just check them sporadically during prime time or on the weekends; I'm sure you'll see it at least once!
