i haven't either, which is why i'm appealing to the masses. as fall comes and i know i'll get busier, it's super important that i get back in the habit of eating well now before i succumb to the quick & simple fast food options.

feel free to lurk away, now that i know it's just you out there on the outskirts staring, it's not so creepy.

:o)

Get a steak and a cast iron frying pan and tongs. Heat the pan. Press the steak against the pan, searing each side. Takes about 5 minutes, and you have a rare steak at the end. Which also tastes tasty as leftovers.

If you want to prepare the meat by leaving it in a marinade or tossing some spices on it, that's up to you, but that increases the prep time.

Veggie Burgers are quick and really healthy. Actually, the frozen organic section in Krogers is amazing and really fast.

They have these veggie sloppy joes that jackie and I eat the hell out of. You just boil water, add the baggie and some tomato paste. Dice up some veggies and add for more flavor if you want
