So, right now it's 9pm and my day has been fine for once. No binges at all.
Had: Breakfast: A piece of rye bread with the usual piece of meat on. 320cals Dinner: Two chicken breasts with crispy skin. 1½ potato and a small bowl of salad.
I'll probably go on the weight next weekend. Not exactly dreading it, but I don't think there's any news...
