Susan seems to find it highly ironic that I can be out of the infirmary for half a day and already get myself into trouble. (As for anyone who is wondering how I could go looking for Susan earlier...let's just say that Madam Pomfrey was really not happy with me) In some form of revenge that doesn't really seem to make a lot of sense to me, I am ( Read more... )

Only you, love.

I fail to see how being confined to a chair is that great a punishment.

Well, I had an obligation that had to be discharged. She wanted to know in exchange for not telling, and so I showed her. I hope she listened, because there's no way I'm doing that again.

It's boring. I've done nothing all week and now I'm back doing nothing. I don't like doing nothing, I have to do something else I'll go mad or something similar.

I really don't like the sound of that. I shan't scold you, though I'm fairly sure I know who she is.

Shall i endeavour to occupy you?

Yep, it was her. I had to steer her right again. I knew what she had to do, and I just had to make it right. You understand, don't you?

Sure!

Well, Adalia and I really do appreciate you learning said history on behalf of the prophecy. Thank you, Zacharias-- perhaps it will come in handy for your Cursebreaking career?

Well, I suppose the skills might be useful, but not the content. After all, the minute school ends, I'm off to Egypt and I doubt knowing the history of Hogwarts will help at all. But maybe if we ever branch out into the defence side of things, it'll be useful.

Certainly! And you never know when random British history will pop up in Egypt. I believe I read somewhere that the Celt and Egyptian Wizards had very close ties and would share their arcane expertise. So it's random and rather unlikely, but it certainly wouldn't hurt.

Well, it's not as if it hurts to learn things. It's just fitting it in that's the problem, as you lot seem to have this bizarre idea that 1:00am is not a good time to do things. I'm not entirely sure what you expect me to do with myself after 10:00pm however...

Provided there's enough switchup in the members on the team, each house should statistically begin with the same probability of winning the Cup each year. It's all in what gets done from there. The "footage" you've taken from this match will doubtless serve you well in future games, though I must warn you that the Ravenclaws' maneuvers were not exactly orthodox for the team, in case you're trying to build a dossier.

The footage was of the Slytherin team. We've already played you.

I know we've played; I remember. More information never hurts, though. When I mentioned the footage, I was speaking both teams. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

But your comment was about how your lineup has changed. I'm not really worried about that, given that the lineups always change. I compile dossiers on individual players, not teams.

Don't worry about using my stuff, it's fine. I'm just going to let them sit for a few days, and they'll probably go back to normal. And if not, well, you could always have them, and I'll just have the new set.

Can I have a look at some of that footage? The Slytherin beaters were doing something at one stage that looked interesting, and I want to get another look. I would have thought it was illegal, but Hooch didn't call it. Then again, they weren't really disrupting the play, or at least not that I could see. In any case, I hope Adalia got a recording of it.

Glad to hear that my comments are appreciated, and I do not doubt your assessment. Although Pepper-Up tastes particularly disgusting when it's force-fed to you.

Susan's got designs, I think. They didn't really work for me, I don't think. Didn't sit right or something. Not to mention, it doesn't help that someone is busy being a right selfish child again. What can you do, huh? Try and help someone, and they spit at you. Sounds about right, really.

Sure! I know that what the chasers were doing was illegal, but it's a sneaky illegal, and that might be why it was allowed to pass. After all, when you've got a Seeker trying to decapitate the other Seeker, what's a little elbowing between friends? Or rather, bitter enemies?

The pictures were an especially nice touch. I wasn't a big fan of the hair, though. I don't think it's quite that long. Unless that's supposed to be Susan, at which I might have to take you aside and give you The Talk.

Honestly, you think everyone has designs! Susan has designs, Madam Pomfrey has designs... okay, so that isn't quite everyone, but it's still a fair few. They're not acting too strangely, they just seem different to how they were before. Sounds like some people don't really want to be helped.

I think Madam Hooch was concentrating on the illegal acts that would have resulted in grievous bodily harm, and letting some of the lesser incidents slide. If she'd called them all, nobody would have had a chance to catch the snitch.

I don't need The Talk. You just need a haircut. Susan does not have the same colour hair as you, and you could tell the difference because I used excess ink for her.

I feel the need to note that I'm rather sure that if we do indeed have Designs, mine are quite different from Pomfrey's.

Also, I saw that doodle. There shall be revenge.

Too right, it's novel. Like one of those really long and boring ones that are supposed to be historically accurate and no one reads unless they're hiding porn inside it.

You know, they had porn back then too.

They were just better at hiding it. You have to actually read the book to find it, though.

What would be the point of doing that?
