remember this art project?

anyone remember an art project from years ago where you bend wire into a loop, dip it in some liquid and it dries to something that looks like glass. i was thinking it was made from corn starch but i'm not sure. i tried finding it online but haven't had any luck. does anyone know what i'm talking about and how to make the stuff?

hmmm. is there anyway you could email the pictures from halloween 2002? i was at that party- and well 2 years later i wanted to look at the pictures but the link doesnt work. please?
