that's like the best compliment ever--i'm doing the next meme now. kinda harder, not like the "10 books you're reading right now" or something like that that was passing around a few weeks ago. thanks for the tip about getting your photos on CD too, i didn't even think about that.

The Toledo Public Library is next to a pretty good museum - if you are looking for cool things to do, let me know. My mother/father-in-law spent 4 years there while she attended medical school about 3 years ago. They are pretty big into culture - no bars.

Jessica has breast cancer - supposed to be benign, but won't know for sure until biopsy. Talk about fucking up her day, and mine. Surgery will be the order of the day - lumpectomy.

dude, that's so fucked up i can't imagine it. she's what, 18? i can't even comprehend that kind of thing--it's bad enough the last time i saw a doctor (maybe 8 years ago) he went on and on about testicular cancer and got me freaked out for six months, but this is real.

on the flip side, thanks for the tips about Toledo. perhaps after i've been there a bit i'll upgrade it to "athlete's foot."
