Don't wait for adopting a village and doing something big, when u become rich. Because we are not sure we will be alive tomorrow or not. So it is just not monitory help which counts, just visiting some orphanage or some old people home and helping then and bringing a smile to their face counts more. Don't wait but go for it.
I would like to share my experience, when I had being to Navjeevan . I was deeply touched by the kids there. I have planned to help such organisations in whatever way I could. Just visiting them makes them feel that they are cared by us makes a lot of difference in their life. They like to share their joy and sorrow with us, as they have no one dear to them.
So we too feel great if we can bring some happiness in their life. It is really a great experience.
that's why the question says 'things u want to do' before you die:) and yes, i've been part of and organised various projects to raise money and provide basic supplies for some organisations like that. i would definitely like to do more stuff along the same lines.
