After reading up about gemstones a little bit, I really want to change my username to Sardonyx. Sadly, it's taken. I've never been more disappointed with livejournal.

I don't know about Sardonyx but I always liked the sound of Tourmaline myself...

I have a Sim in my Sims 2 game called Tourmaline. I've also got an Amber, Olivine, Jasper, Obsidian, Chrysocolla, Sapphire, Opal, Malachite and Peridot. Um. Not obsessed, not me.

You have to think of names for your sims somehow, and I fancied a change from my usual ones (out of my Celtic names dictionary). *g*

I'm going to have to add Sardonyx to the list as I think that's a really cool name.
