I figured I'd end up missing a few days, but not 6 in a row. Oops. So, major catch-up post!
Day 09 - Best scene ever
There are many scenes in many shows that I have loved. BtVS, AtS, Chuck, Supernatural... they (and many more) have all had scenes that made me laugh, made me cry, made me love whichever show it was. However, the below scene has captured my heart completely. ... No prizes for getting why!
Day 10 - A show you thought you wouldn't like but ended up loving
House. A friend of mine went on and on and on (and on and on and on) about it, and I was like "pshaw, it can't be that good". Largely because I dislike medical dramas for their graphicness. Now, I can watch a cop show where a killer hacks somebody to bits, but when it comes to operations they squick me out. ... I'm an odd individual, it's true. Anywho, I was over there, we watched an episode and I liked it. I love mysteries, and snark and attractive people and House has all of that in spades. Now, it's one of my favourite shows.
Day 11 - A show that disappointed you
BtVS. I loved that show so much, and the first three seasons were amazing. A really strong heroine, a kick ass supporting cast, and the way they turned metaphorical monsters into literal ones was so clever. ... And then it just got crapper and crapper and while it used to be the highlight of my week, it became the show I watched as background music. Ugh, even talking about it is making me sad!
Day 12 - An episode you've watched more than 5 times
Every episode of Friends, most episodes of Sex and the City, most episodes of Scrubs and most episodes of HIMYM, solely because when I used to work evenings, they always used to be on when I came home. Oh, actually, and the Simpsons. 'Cause they're awesome.
Day 13 - Favorite childhood show
Ah, Bosco. For those of you (um, well, all of you) who don't know him, Bosco was the Irish 80s equivilant of Barney the dinosaur. I got the dvds one Christmas and looking back on it it's terribly bad, but oh how I loved it. It had stories and songs and games and you got to go through a magic door and have adventures... good times.
Day 14 - Favorite male character
Angel(BtVS) for his unwavering desire to redeem himself; Sawyer(Lost) - another one on the path of redemption, plus, I love his snark; Barney(HIMYM) for making me laugh, being exceedingly witty and always looking sleek; Dean(Supernatural) for his ass kicking ways, his all-consuming lurve for his brother and his witticisms; Mr Schue(Glee) for his voice, his curly hair, his dance moves, his passion for music, his love of his students, and his shocking inappropriateness. Plus, they're all really really hot.
