Going to see the "Body Works" exhibit this coming weekend

Are you going to be at the Science Centre?

As for weird diets, people would rather do quick fixes than the hard work of looking for permanent ways to change your life so that you aren't unhealthy. And I say this as someone with a metabolic disorder that I had to wait 10 years for research to catch up with my disease. LOL At least now I know what to do and how to fit it practically into my life but it was hard work figuring it all out and implementing it. (Believe it or not, I used to even bigger than I currently am ie. over 300lbs!)

Yeah I know, there's a girl at Sara's work that has all these surgeries to stay thin. Then throws up all the time, and never feels quite right. It's sad.

Hope you feel better soon!

I've heard of the cookie diet, how weird. Chewing devices are even weirder.

"Cooked a roast the other day for the first time in my life. Worked out pretty well. I think I need to add more red wine to it next time to keep it juicier.

Juicier is a terrible word, but I couldn't think of another one that was suitable."

You know, reading this journal, it's like you've taken your mind, and put it on paper. Awesome. :)

I have heard this before, I think it scares a lot of people. It's probably good that I haven't been drinking before I write any of these things.
