This is a little anticlimactic. I disappeared forever ago and I've been postponing this update because it upsets me so much, but everything is gone. My big computer, my desktop, (HERA) died a few months ago. The motherboard is fried. I have an external harddrive but I never moved my Sims stuff because I don't have the base game- a sorry excuse,

I'm so sorry to hear that, I lost all my stuff earlier this year and it's certainly disheartening. Perhaps once you have your new computer you'll be inspired to start playing and sharing again.

Trust me, I know how frustrating it is to lose everything because of a computer malfunction. And to lose all of your legacy and storywork...I'd be really upset.

It sucks that you lost everything, Josh, but don't worry about leaving. If you get back into it, that's great, but if you move on to bigger and better things... so much the better! Just remember to drop by from time to time to say hi, okay? ^_^

You and your sim updates will surely be missed. Thank you for choosing to leave it all available here. It's nice to have it available to revisit posts and I still use some of your downloads, so I wouldn't want those to vanish either.

Sorry to hear that, Josh. My HD with all my Sims 2 stuff fried awhile back... and well, my reaction was never made public because I am not good with losing stuff. I disappeared about 2 months later because it wasn't worth fighting over trying to salvage what was left... which was practically nothing.

I hate that you lost your stuff. :( But I'm glad you let us know. You were always awesome and it was definitely a joy to have met you!
