Friday is yet another day for a docs visit. I skipped last months check up because I was tied up with the duties of work and keeping busy with the people that I love. I need to head back to the Doc for check-up, I've been getting those headaches once again... not as bad as before... just being cautious. I've been botherd by some other things in life, but none are worthy of destroying my happiness. Work has been great ever since I got promoted.

I cant even think.... so i will write more later.

The mind covers up reality, without knowing it. To know the nature of the mind, you need intelligence, the capacity to look at the mind in silent and dispassionate awareness.

God can be reached through many paths; each of these sectarian religions points out a path which ultimately leads to Divinity. Yes, all religions are paths, but the paths are not God. See who is the doubter, who is the thinker. It is the ego. Hold it; the other thoughts will die away - the ego will be left pure. See the source from where the ego arises and abide in it. That is pure consciousness.
