First of all, you are probably here because you love making graphics, and you would want to make banners for the challenge winners, nee? If the answer is YES, then you are at the right place... come join us.
How does it work?
Every time a challenge ends anywhere in sailormoonland, I will make a post to this community asking for banner makers. If you would like to make the banners for that challenge, please leave a comment to claim it. This is so we do not have multiple people making banners for the same challenge. Claims are on a first come, first serve basis. I will respond to your comment telling you that you officially have the claim, and give you a due date for your banners. This date is generally seven days after you make your claim, though obviously you can make them as quickly as you like. After you have made the banners, come back to the original post and reply with the banners.
If a challenge has more than one part or a lot of winners, I will ask for more than one banner maker. If this applies, it will be noted in the individual post.
What goes on the banners?
A lot of it is up to you, but here are the things that MUST be included:
- winner's name
- challenge name
- team name
- placement
- community name (i.e. 'sailormoonland')
Apart from those bits of information, everything else is up to you (although you might want to use elements of the icon/wallpapers/etc for graphic-winners' banners).
Ok, I made my shinies. Now what?
When you've finished, please use the following format to respond with your banners:
These banners are for, , , and are made by . Please remember thank the awesome banner-maker when you take these!
AFTER FILLING OUT THIS FORM, PLACE EVERYTHING BACK IN A TEXT BOX SO I CAN JUST C/P YOUR ENTIRE COMMENT. You can make a text box using the following code and REMOVING the asterisk (*) symbols:

The banners will then be posted to the appropriate community for all to see!
Do I get anything out of this?
Yes, you do. Aside that the banners will be in display in the various communities for people to see and winners to take, you will also get 5 points per banner you make (if there are exceptions, they will be noted).
This means, when you submit the banners, sign with Name and Team you are in, because if you don't, no shiny points for you, and I mean it.
Other Rules
You are allowed to make a total of THREE (3) banner claims per month, unless I explicitly state otherwise (for example: September 2011 had FOUR (4) claims per month). This is to ensure everyone gets a chance to make claims. You may make banners for yourself if you placed in a particular challenge, if you don't mind making a banner for yourself. It's up to you where you want to upload your banners, but please remember I'll be direct-linking them when I post them.
Another thing is when you make your claim, you have 72 hours to complete it, if you don't, I'll take away your claim and put it again for the others to claim. (Now if you have a valid reason like LJ is being a B****, then ok XD)
Which bring us to the rule: if a claim was not completed in 72 hours, another bannermaker can claim it. Now the bannermaker who claims unfinished claim is not tied down by their claims because once the unfinished claim is in game becomes unlimited.
